The Pro plan costs $6 USD per employee per month. per employee/month, billed monthly in USD. You only pay for active employees in your organization.

Yes — Pro is billed for a minimum of 5 seats. Smaller teams are still welcome on Pro, but the floor means very small teams pay for 5 even if they have 3 active employees. The minimum applies during the trial as well.

We use multi-tenant data isolation with row-level security, encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and comprehensive audit logging. Every organization's data is completely isolated at the database level.

Your data is hosted in United States. Your data is hosted in the United States on infrastructure provided by Vercel and Supabase (both of which hold SOC 2 Type II for the infrastructure layer; our own SOC 2 audit is in preparation — see our Security page). Encryption in transit and at rest, with role-based access controls and a full audit trail.

SSO and SAML integration are available on our Enterprise plan. We use Clerk for authentication, which supports a wide range of identity providers.

Yes. You can export all your data at any time. If you close your account, your data is retained for 90 days for backup purposes and then permanently deleted.

All trial users can reach us by email. Pro plan customers get priority email support. Enterprise customers receive a dedicated support contact with SLA terms negotiated in their Enterprise agreement.
